Özet
Bu çalışmada baz ı lignoselülozik art ı k ve at ı kları n Pleurotus florida üretiminde değerlendirilmesi konusunda araşt ı rmalar yap ı lmış olup deği şik besin ortamlar ı n ı n verim üzerine etkileri inceienmiştir. 3 denemeyi kapsayan araşt ı rmada buğday sap ı BS , ı hlamur yaprağı 1Y , kavak yapra ğı KY , ibre i,Ladin , odun tela şı 0T,Doğ u 'edin° ve mı s ı r sap ı MS ana materyal, kepek K , ot 0 , f ı nd ı k yaprağı FY , at ı k kağı t AK , at ı k çay yaprağ i ÇA , odun d ış kabuğ u OK, Kay ı n , kay ı n yongas ı KayY ve çam yongas ı ÇY,Kı z ı lçam katk ı materyalleri olarak kullan ı lm ışt ı r. Her bir deneme 2-2.5 ayl ı k bir süre zarf ı nda tamamlanmış olup, elde edilen mantarlar ı n şapka çaplan ŞÇ , şapka say ı ları ŞS , sap uzuniuklan SU ve bireysel mantar a ğı rl ı kları BMA , incelenerek mantar veriminin V hangi kar ışı m oran ı nda, ne ölçüde değ işim gösterdiği araşt ı nlmıştı r. Buna göre, buğday sap ı , mı s ı r sap ı gibi yı ll ı k bitkiler ve çe ş itli ağaç yonga ve yapraklar ı ile odun talaşı n ı n, katk ı materyalleriyle birlikte kültür mantarc ı lığı üretiminde değerlendirilebileceğ i saptanmışt ı r
Abstract
In the aim of this study, wastes of some lignocellulosic rnaterials were used for producing of Pleurotus florida and the effects of different substrat combinations on productivity were investigated.Study was composed of 3 main experiments. Wheat straw, leaves of lime and poplar species, needles of spruce, sawdust Picea orientalis and corn-cob were used as main substrates. Bran, grass, leaf of hazelnut, waste paper, chips of beech and pine Pinus brutia , outer barks of wood beech and waste of tea leaves were used as add ı tive materials. Each experiment was completed within a period of 2-2,5 months. Diameters of individual fruit bodies, mushroom heights, fresh weights of the obtained mushrooms were measured. According to the results, it is possible to utihze the annual plants such as wheat straw, corn-cob and the sawdust, chipes and the leaves of miscellaneous wood species with additive materials in the production of culture mushroom.
