Özet
Cuma hutbelerinin ardından Kur’ân-ı Kerîm’den belli bir bölüm okuma geleneği Hz. Peygamber tarafından Kâf sûresinin okunması şeklinde başlatılmış, râşid halifeler döneminde farklı sûre ve âyetlerle devam ettirilmiştir. Emevî halifelerinden Ömer b. Abdülazîz dönemine gelindiğinde ise Nahl sûresinin 90. âyeti okunmaya başlanmıştır. Ülkemizde bu gelenek, Nahl sûresinin 90. âyetinin önce Arapçasının ardından da Türkçesinin (çevirisinin) sunulması şeklinde sürdürülmektedir. Lâkin ilk dönem rivâyet ağırlıklı tefsirler incelendiğinde söz konusu âyete verilen Türkçe anlamın, âyetin Arapçası ile birebir uyumlu olmadığı görülmektedir. Bunda, âyet içerisindeki kelimelere dirâyet ağırlıklı tefsirlerde yüklenen anakronik/art zamanlı anlamların etkili olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Çalışmamız, Nahl sûresinin 90. âyetinin doğru anlamının ortaya çıkarılmasına katkı sağlamak suretiyle sağlıklı bir Kur’an tasavvuruna sahip olunmasını hedeflemektedir. Âyetin doğru anlamının tespit edilebilmesi amacıyla, en kadim olanlarından başlamak üzere tefsir külliyatı ana hatlarıyla gözden geçirilmiş ve cümle içerisindeki kelimelere erken dönem rivâyet ağırlıklı tefsirlerde dile getirilen nüzûl zamanı anlamlarının verilmesi gerektiği -ki Vucûhu’l-Kur’an ilmi de bunu gerektirmektedir- sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
Abstract
The tradition of reading a certain chapter from the Quran after the Friday sermons was initiated by the Prophet with the Sûrah Qâf and was continued with different surahs and verses during the caliphs period. By the time of Omar b. Abdulazeez, one of the Umayyad caliphs, the 90th verse of sûrah an-Nahl started to be read. In our country, this tradition is continued by presenting the 90th verse of sûrah an-Nahl first in Arabic and then in Turkish. However, considering the information included in the narrations, the content of the verse presented in our country is not compatible with the Arabic language. In this it is understood that the anachronic meanings attributed to the words in the verse are effective. In our study, it is aimed to have a healthy Qur'anic image by contributing to the correct meaning of the 90th verse of sûrah an-Nahl. In order to determine the true meaning of the verse, the commentary of the exegesis was revised, starting with the most ancient ones, and it was concluded that the words in the sentence should be given the meanings equivalent to the revelation time of the verse
