Abstract
The purpose of this work is to investigate international terrorism which entered an evident transformation process after the end of the Cold War and got a transboundary dimension with its general lines. The struggle against terrorism by international organizations is also mentioned in the article which is included the concept of “terrorism” and two opposite approaches about the sources of terrorism

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Soğuk Savaş’ın son bulmasının ardından belirgin bir dönüşüm sürecine giren ve sınır-ötesi bir boyut kazanan uluslararası terörizmi genel hatlarıyla irdelemektir. “Terörizm” kavramı ve terörizmin kaynağı konusunda karşıt iki yaklaşıma yer verilecek makalede, uluslararası kuruluşlar nezdinde terörizmle mücadeleye de değinilecektir
