Abstract
This study consists on accounting education at the graduate level in Turkey and intended to determine the degree of compliance of International/ Turkish Financial Reporting Standards. Therefore, the contents of the intensively teached accounting courses for the Department of Business Administration in accounting course lesson plans in As a result of analysis is conluded that the contents of accounting courses in Turkey are largely not complied with International/ Turkish Financial Reporting Standards. state and private universities in Turkey have been analyzed
Özet
Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’de lisans düzeyinde verilen muhasebe eğitiminin Uluslararası/Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına uyum derecesinin tespiti hedeflenmiştir. Bu amaçla çalışmada, Türkiye’deki devlet ve vakıf üniversitelerinde yoğun olarak muhasebe derslerinin bulunduğu İşletme Bölümlerinin ders planlarında yer alan muhasebe derslerinin içerikleri analiz edilmiştir. Analizin sonucunda muhasebe derslerinin içeriklerinin büyük ölçüde Uluslararası/ Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına uygun olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
