Abstract
Companies are one of the the most important elements of economy and commerce. In the study, the terms of company, the elements that make up the company and company types are discussed. In this context; within the classification of companies with the aspect of dominant elements, as individual companies; ordinary partnership, general partnership and limited partnership, as well as capital company; limited partnership in which the capital is divided into shares, joint stock company and limited liability company are examined
Özet
Şirketler ekonomi ve ticaretin en önemli unsurlarından biridir. Çalışmada şirket kavramı, şirketi oluşturan unsurlar ve şirket türleri ele alınmıştır. Bu çerçevede; baskın unsur yönüyle şirket sınıflandırması kapsamında, şahıs şirketleri olarak; adi, kollektif ve komandit şirket, sermaye şirketleri olarak da; sermayesi paylara bölünmüş komandit, anonim ve limited şirket irdelenmiştir
