Problems Faced by the Businesses About E-ERP in Turkey and North Cyprus

Türkiye ve Kuzey Kıbrıs İşletmelerinin E-Kurumsal Kaynak Planlaması ile İlgili Karşılaştığı Sorunlar

Abstract

In this article the problems faced by businesses using the E-ERP methods in Turkey and North Cyprus have been discussed. The resarch emphasizes the perceptions of the managers of E-ERP in the above mentioned countries and seeks whether there is a diference between these perceptions or not. It has been observed that the bisuness managers in the two countries possess similar ideas, have ample knowledge on E-ERP. However they have different ideas in subjects such as the necessity of qualified employees and about problems which might arise during the application in the organization.

Özet

Makalemizde E-ERP uygulamaları ve Türkiye ve Kuzey Kıbrıs’ta işletmelerin karışlaştığı sorunlar üzerinde durulmuştur. Yapılan araştırma ile iki ülke işletme yöneticilerinin ERP sorunlarına yönelik algıları ve bu algılar arasında fark olup olmadığı üzerinde durulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda iki ülke arasında işletme yöneticilerinin benzer düşünceler taşıdıkları görülmüştür. Buna karşın E-ERP konusunda yeterli bilgi sahibi olunduğu, uzman personel gerekliliği ve uygulamaların organizasyonda sorunlar yaratabileceği konularında ise farklı düşünceler taşıdıkları görülmektedir.
