Visa Requirement f or Foreigners According The Law Numbered 6458 of Foreigners and International Protection

Abstract
Visa requirement is one of the legal conditions of the entry to Turkey, for foreigners. The Law numbered 6458 of Foreigners and International Protection which is recently adopted and will soon enter into force, contains numerous provisions related to the entry of foreigners to Turkey and visa requirement. These provisions will define the main legal framework of the visa requirement for foreigners. In this study, the visa requirement for foreigners and the related matters are examined according the provisions of the Law numbered 6458 of Foreigners and International Protection and it is aimed to explain systematically the new legal order to be formed.
Özet
Vize alma zorunluluğu, yabancılar için Türkiyeye girişin şartlarından birisidir. Yeni yasalaşmış olan ve yakın zamanda yürürlüğe girecek olan 6458 sayılı Yabancılar ve Uluslararası Koruma Kanunu, yabancıların Türkiyeye girişleri ve bu kapsamda vize alma zorunluluğuna ilişkin önemli sayıda hükümler içermektedir. Kanunun getirdiği hükümler, yabancıların vize alma zorunluluğuna ilişkin temel yasal çerçeveyi oluşturacaktır. Çalışmada, 6458 sayılı Yabancılar ve Uluslararası Koruma Kanunu ile getirilen hükümler çerçevesinde, yabancıların vize alma zorunluluğu ve bununla bağlantılı hususlar incelenmekte, oluşacak yeni yasal düzen sistematik olarak açıklanmaya çalışılmaktadır.
