Investigation of Thermal Insulation Cost of the School Buildings

Abstract

In this study; Thermal insulation applications in buildings and legal regulations on the subject were compiled, the ratio of thermal insulation applications in school buildings has been examined. The study aims to determine the ratio of thermal insulation applications to total cost and period of redemption in school projects. In the study, two school buildings were evaluated with 12 and 24 classrooms, which were completed and opened to the service in the central districts of Antalya. The thermal insulation details and manufacturing recipes for these buildings are presented. The total cost and insulation cost was prepared with AMP software which is the cost preparation program. Moreover, thermal dissipation in school buildings was calculated with the help of Carrier HAP 4.4. According to these values, annual operating costs were achieved. The period of redemption of thermal insulation productions were determined using the data obtained. As a result of the study; the ratio of thermal insulation applications to the total cost of building was calculated as 3.5% and period of redemption was calculated as 80 and 124 months, respectively, for school buildings with 12 and 24 classrooms.

Özet

Bu çalıĢmada; binalarda ısı yalıtım uygulamaları ve konu hakkındaki yasal düzenlemeler derlenerek Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’nın tip okul projeleri ile inĢası tamamlanan okul binalarındaki ısı yalıtımı uygulamalarının bina toplam maliyetine oranı araĢtırılmıĢtır. ÇalıĢma, okul projelerinde ısı yalıtım uygulamalarının toplam maliyete oranını ve amortisman sürelerini tespit etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. ÇalıĢmada, Antalya’nın merkez ilçelerinde inĢası tamamlanarak hizmete açılan 12 ve 24 derslikli olmak üzere iki adet okul binası değerlendirilmiĢtir. Bu binalara ait ısı yalıtımı detayları ve bu imalatları tanımlayan pozlar sunulmuĢtur. Isı yalıtımı ve bina toplam maliyet çalıĢmaları, projeler ve mahal listelerinde belirtilen imalatlara uygun olarak maliyet hazırlama programı AMP vasıtasıyla gerçekleĢtirilmiĢtir. Ayrıca, Carrier HAP 4.4 programı yardımıyla okul binalarında ısı kayıp miktarları ısı yalıtımlı ve ısı yalıtımsız koĢullar altında ayrı ayrı hesap edilmiĢ ve bu değerlere göre yıllık iĢletme maliyetleri elde edilmiĢtir. Elde edilen veriler kullanılarak ısı yalıtım imalatlarının amortisman süreleri belirlenmiĢtir. ÇalıĢma sonucunda; okul binalarında ısı yalıtımı imalatlarının bina toplam maliyetine oranı %3,5; amortisman süreleri de 12 ve 24 derslikli okul binaları için sırasıyla 80 ve 124 ay olarak hesap edilmiĢtir.
