Abstract
Gastric lipomas are benign tumors that progress slowly, often leading to dispeptic complaints. They account for less than 1% of all gastric tumors. They are usually incidentally detected. We aimed to present a 52-year-old male gastric lipoma patient presenting to our service with dispeptic complaints in this case.
Özet
Gastrik lipomlar yavaş ilerleyen, sıklıkla dispeptik şikayetlere yol açan, midenin iyi huylu tümörleridir. Tüm mide tümörlerinin %1'inden azını oluştururlar. Sıklıkla insidental olarak saptanmaktadırlar. Bu sunumumuzda dispeptik şikayetlerle servisimize başvuran 52 yaşında erkek gastrik lipom hastasını sunmayı amaçladık.
