Cystic nephroma: A rare benign tumor of the kidney

Abstract
Cystic nephroma is a benign neoplasm of the kidney. In a 8 years old girl with the complaints of swelling which began at 2-3 months of her life and a mass in the abdomen, a mass in the right kidney was diagnosed after a series of examinations and right nephr our eter ectomy was performed. The pathologic diagnosis was cystic nephroma and no other therapies were performed. In this study we report this rather rare pathological condition.
Özet
Kistik nefroma böbreğin benign neoplazmıdır. 2-3 aylıkken başlayan karın şişliği ve karında kitle yakınması olan sekiz yaşındaki kız hasta yapılan tetkikler sonrasında sağ böbrekte kitle tanısı almış ve sağ nefroüreterektomi uygulanmıştır. Doku tanısı kistik nefroma olarak gelen hastaya başka bir tedavi uygulanmamıştır. Bu çalışmada oldukça ender görülen bu patoloji sunulmaktadır.
