Effect of zinc applications on the phenologycal growth stages and certain vegetative characteristics of different rootstocks, Flame Seedless cultivar and their grafting combinations

Abstract
In this study, Flame Seedless grape cultivar and 5BB, SO4, Cosmo 20, Fercal, Dogridge, Harmony, 1613 C rootstocks and their grafting combinations were used as plant materials. In the scope of experiments three different applications were followed; 1) Zn=0 (0 kg Zn. $ha^{-1}$ , Control), 2) Zn application to the soil (23 kg Zn. $ha^{-1}$ , $ZnSO_47H_2O$ in form) and 3) soil Zn (23 kg Zn. $ha^{-1}$ , $ZnSO_47H_2O$ )+leaf Zn (%0.2, $ZnSO_47H_2O$ ). Outcome of the experiments showed that there are not a significant effect of Zn application to the phenologycal stages of genotypes. However treatments affected to leaf area and secondery shoot length. Application of soil+leaf combination was found to be more effective.
Özet
Bu araştırmada materyal olarak kendi kökleri üzerinde yetişen Flame Seedless üzüm çeşidi ve 5BB, SO4, Cosmo 20, Fercal, Dogridge, Harmony ve 1613 C anaçları ile bunların oluşturduğu kombinasyonlar kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada; l) Zn=0 (0 kg Zn. $ha^{-1}$ , Kontrol) 2) topraktan Zn (23 kg Zn. $ha^{-1} , ZnSO_47H_2O$ formunda) ve 3) topraktan Zn (23 kg Zn. $ha^{-1}$ , $ZnSO_47H_2O$ formunda)+yapraktan Zn (%0.2, $ZnSO_47H_2O$ formunda) olmak üzere üç farklı Zn uygulaması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Deneme sonucunda, uygulamaların genotiplerde incelenen fenolojik gelişme tarihleri üzerine önemli bir etkisi bulunmazken, yaprak alanı ve koltuk sürgün uzunluğu üzerine uygulama etkisi önemli bulunmuş ve topraktan+yapraktan uygulamanın daha etkili olduğu saptanmıştır.
