Host plant acceptance of phytophagous insects

Abstract

When phytophagous insects reach to the surface of plants they are at the stage of decision if they accept the host plants or not. This decision directly affect the feeding attitudes of the insects. Some physical and chemical features that plants own may affect the behaviors of accepting of host plants including a complex system. This relations between host plant and phytophagous insect will continue and develop constantly in an evolutionary process with internal dynamics of the nature. This development will operate the dynamic process which exist between the host plant and phythophagous insect.

Özet

Fitofag böcekler, bitki yüzeylerine ulaştıklarında konukçu bitkilerini kabul edip etmeyeceklerinin karar aşamasındadırlar. Bu karar böceklerin beslenme davranışlarına doğrudan etki yapmaktadır. Bitkinin sahip olduğu bazı fiziksel ve kimyasal özellikler kompleks bir sistem dahilinde fitofag böceklerin konukçu bitkilerini kabul etme davranışlarında etkili olmaktadır. Konukçu bitki-fitofag böcek arasındaki bu ilişkiler doğanın iç dinamiği ile evrimsel süreç dahilinde devam edecek ve sürekli gelişecektir. Bu gelişim konukçu bitki-fitofag böcek arasındaki dinamik süreci işletecektir.
