Abstract
The crime of banking without permission has not been studied enough in doctrine. Hence, it is treated in this study and aimed to find some answers to the questions which are emerged both in theory and practice. In this study, it is chiefly tried to enhance different views for the components of the crime and in conclusion, the defective and erroneous aspects of this crime are criticized
Özet
İzinsiz faaliyette bulunmak suçu, öğretide yeterince incelenmemiştir. Bu sebeple söz konusu çalışmaya konu edilerek, gerek uygulamada gerekse de teoride ortaya çıkan bazı sorunlara cevaplar aranmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada özellikle suçun unsurlarına ilişkin olarak değişik bakış açıları getirilmeye çalışılmış, çalışmanın sonucunda eksik ve hatalı görülen hususlar eleştirilmiştir
