Abstract
In company law, the death of one of the company partners has significantconsequences in terms of the relationship between the company legal entity andthe partners. In company law, which aims to regulate the relations between thecompany and its partners and establish rules for this purpose, death has beenaccepted as the exception of many regulations. In this article, the effects ofdeath on company law relations and the results of death will be explained indetail.
