The New Faces of the Labour of Lawyer

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss the change in attitudes of lawyers in labor practices and class positions. The concepts of class and division of labor are two concepts that need to be addressed in order to discuss this change; For this reason, in the first part of the article, the ways in which the concept of class was discussed in sociology and the concepts of meaning differentiation and technical and social division of labor were discussed. In the second part of the article, the nature of the lawyers’ services and the effects of division of lawyers on the division of labor within and outside the office are discussed.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, avukatların emek pratiklerinde ve sınıfsal konumlarında yaşanan değişimin tartışılmasıdır. Sınıf ve işbölümü kavramları, bu değişimin tartışılabilmesi için ele alınması gerekli iki kavramdır; bu sebeple çalışmanın ilk kısmında, toplumbilimde sınıf kavramının ele alınış biçimleri ve anlam farklılaşmaları ile teknik ve sosyal işbölümü kavramları ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın ikinci kısmında ise, avukatlık hizmetinin yapısı ile büro içinde ve dışındaki işbölümünün avukatların sınıfsal bölünmesindeki etkileri tartışılmıştır.
