H.İ. Test in Blood Sera and Yolks From Vaccinated Fowls

Abstract
545 eggs were obtained from hens vaccinated against Newcastle Disease in 6 groups. The way of using vaccines and the periods between vaccinations were different for each group. The level of antibodies were determined in the yolks. As a result of this study, - after eye- drop vaccinatlon- two injections of vaccine intra muscularly gave a high immunity response. It is also noted that only two injections of the vaccine at convenient intervals gives a good protection against Newcatle Diseases.
Özet
Newcastle hastalığına karşı çeşitli uygulamalar halinde burun -göz ve kasiçi aşı tatbikatlarını takiben bu tavuklardan elde edilen yumurtalarda H. İ. testi yapılmıştır. Çalışmada bir defa burun- göz ve iki defa kasiçi tatbikinden y'ı.iksek seviyede H.İ. antikorlan tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca uygun aralıklı iki kasiçi aşı uygulamasından da hastalığa karşı korunmacia olumlu sonuç alınabileceği görülmüştür.
