Serological examinations for brucellosis by SAT and CFT on blood sera of healthy people.

Abstract
The Complement Fixation Test CCFT) and Serom Agglutination Test (SAT) for identifying of Brucellfl,'s antibody have been performed on 2122 blood serum obtained from healthy people who have been applied to Governmental Hospital of Adana. 187 of 2122 blood serums due to unsuficient, so there were no use of serological tests. ll (0.6 %) of 1935 serums were fowı.d positive with bruceilasis by SAT. 114 of 1935 blood serum ·were found sufficient for ·CFT and · three cases (2.62 % ) showed positive reaction on 1/10 titr'ation. The same blood samples gave negative reaction by SAT. The amount of positive cases have been found by CFT indicated that CFT ise more suffucient and necessary than· SAT for diagnosing of the chronic cases.

Adana Devlet Hastahamisine çeşitli nedenlerle· baŞvuran 2122 hastanın ·kan serumları komplement Fikrasyon Test CFT ve Serum Aglutinasyon test SAT ile bruselloz yönünden muayene. edildi. Alınan kan serumlarının 187 adedi serolajik yoklamalar için yetersizdi. Geri kalan 1935 serumdan ll tanesi (% 0.6) SAT ile müspet reaksiyon verdi. 1935 kan serumunun 114 adedi CFT ile muayene edildi ve 3 vak'a (% 2.62) müsp~t sonuç verdi.Bruselloz muayenelerinde CFT'in SAT dan daha iyi sonuç verdiği 'görüldü.
