Studies for Anthrax in Turkish sausages from Ankara markets.

Abstract
Turkish sausages obtained from market were examined and found that the materials had no B. anthnicis, but some of enterobactriaecea had been determined as fallowing: A samples had pathogen Staphylocqcus, 7 Proteus vulgaris, ı proteus rettgari, 3 Shigellas, ı Subtilis, 4. E coli and Proteus vulgaris, 3 fungus and Proteus, ı ı materials had no any pathogenic gerıns in 35 Turkish sausages examined.

Deneye aldığımız 35 sucuk numunesinde B. anthracis'i saptayamadık Aynı sucuklann Enterobacteriaecea'lar yönünden yaptığımız muayenelerinde : 11 - Numunede Patojen amil üremedi 4 - Numunede Patojen Staphylococ 7 - Numunede Proteus vulgaris 1 - Numunede Proteus rettgeri 3 - Numunede Shigellal'ler 1 - Numunede Subtilis'ler 4 - Numunede E. coli ve Proteus vulgaris 4 - Numunede Küf ve Proteus grubu bakteriler saptadık.
