Research on the seattering ratio of thypodermesis on the cows in Samsun and Amasya regions and their visiting time on the cows acoording to the terms of hypoderma sp. larvas

Abstract
These researches were carried out between 2.11.1982-30.5.1983 in the village of Aşağıçinik, Samsun and on the cows slaughtered in the Municipality Slaughterhouse in Vezirköpri. In the cows on the fields where tobacco is grown the infestation ratio was realized as 0,6 % and that of the number of the hypoderma sp. larva as 0.006 per unit. The infestation ratio in Vezirköprü was found as 55,5 % in April and that of the number of hypoderma sp. larva as 6,14. Studies in the second year were realized in 6 different regions between 18.10.1983 - 30.6.1984. Infestation in the cows raised in the pastures (altitude 800 m.) 76.27 %, the number of hypoderma sp. larva per unit 4.81, in the cows in naked pasture infestation 67.24 %, the number of the ·hypoderma sp. larva per unit 4.65, in the cows in Iess humid grassland infestation 72.88 ·%, the number of the hypoderma sp. larva per unit 9.15, in the cows near the lake the infestation 40 %, the number of the hypoderma sp. larwa per unit 2,5, in the cows on the fields 550 m. high from the sea level infestation 58.62 %. the number of hypoderma sp. larva per unit 1.94, in the cows on the fields at sea level the infestation 29.41 %, the number of hypoderma, sp. larva per unit 0.86 were found. In all the units (fields), until March, the larvas in the dorso lumbal region were seen in L2 term (period). In March they began to show a transition to L3, 62.62 % of the 1011 larvas were in L2 37.38 % in L3 terms in March. 21.32 % larvas out of 1389 were in L2, 78.68 % in L3 terms in April. 38,6 % out of 500 larvas were in L2, 61,4 % in L3 terms in May. 39.63 %out of 53 larvas were found in L2, 60.37 % larvas were found in L3 terms in june. Avarege infestation in that region was found 57.77 % and the number o.f hypoderma sp. larva per unit ·was noted as 4. 11his bein:g the fact, 28 ıholes could be opened on the back of a cow. 81.57 .% infestation ratio \Nas seen, at tıhe most, in 2-year-old cows, and these show a distribution of 8.71 hypoderma sp. larva per unit (head). One, three and four-year-old cow groups followed the order. These were shown İ on Table I.

Sığırlarda Hypodermosis araştırmaları 2.11.1982 - 30.5.1983 tarihleri arasında Samsun'un Aşağıçinik köyü sığırları ile Vezirköprü ilçesinin Belediye mezibahasında kesilen sığırlar üzerinde yapıldı. Sahil şeridi üzerinde ve tütün tarımı ·yapılan Aşağıçinik köyünde enfestasyon oranı % 0,6 birim başa düşen nokra sayısı 0,006 bulundu. Vezirköprü ilçesinde enfestasyon oranı Nisan ayında % 55,5, birim başa düşen nokra sayısı 6.14 bulundu. İkinci yıl çalışmaları 18.10.1983 - 30.6.1984 tarihleri arasında 6 ünitede yapıldı. Ormanlık fundalık (Rakım 800 m.) % 85 olan meralarda otlayan sığırlarda enfestasyon % 76,27, birim başa düşen nokra sayısı 4.81 çıplak merada otlayan sığırlarda % 67,24, birim başa düşen nokra sayısı 4,65, az rutubetli otlaklarda otlayan sığırlarda enfestasyon % 72,·88, birim başana düşen nokra sayısı 9.15, göl kenarındaki sığırlarda enfestasyon % 40 birim başa düşen nokra sayısı 2.5, deniz seviyesinden 550 m. yükseklikteki ünitede enfestasyon % 58,62, birim başa düşen nokra sayısı 1.94, deniz seviyesindeki ünitemizde enfestasyon % 29.41, birim başa düşen nokra sayısı 0.86 bulundu. Ünitelerin tamamında Mart ayına kadar dorso lumbal bölgedeki larvalar L2 döneminde görüldüler. Mart ayı içerisinde L3'e dönüşüm göstermeye başladılar. Mart ayında 1011 larvanın % 62.62 L2 % 37.38 L3, Nisan ayında 1389 larvanın % 21.32 L2 % 78.68 L3, Mayıs'ta 500 larvanın % 38.6 L2 % 61.4 L3, Haziran ayında 53 larvanın % 39.63 Lı % 60.37 L3 dönemlerinde olduğu tesbit edildi. Bölgede enfetasyon ortalaması %57.77 birim başa 8.71 nokra dağılım gösterdi. Sırayı 1,3 ve 4.cü yaş grupları takip etti. Çizelge I'de gösterildi.
