A study on the detection of the residues of Aldicarb in the residues of crushed cotton seeds and mixed enimals foods by thin layer chromatographic technique

Abstract
In this study was conducted to determine the leves of Aldicarb (Temik) residues in cotton seed, compound feeds and cotton seed meal. Experiments were carried out in 18 samplaes of cotton seed, 44 samples of compound feeds, 34 samles of cotton seed meal and 1 sample fig. Samples were analyzed by thin-layer chromatography after being extracted and cleaned up. Of 44 compound feeds samples 1 and sample in fig contained Aldicarb residues. In these came to laboratory with doubt to be poisoned on target. Aldicarb residues could not be found in another samplers. It was conclued that the Aldicarb (Temik) residues could not be found in samples indiretly of cotton seed meal found hermless for animals health.
Özet
Bu çalışma, Aldicarb (Temik)'in pamuk çiğiti, küspesi ve karma yemlerdeki kalıntılarını belirlemek amacı ile yapıldı. 18 pamuk çiğiti, 44 karma yem, 34 pamuk tohumu küspesi ve 1 adet incir örneğinde anlizler gerçeklştirildi. Örnekler ekstrakte edilip temizlendikten sonra, İTK'de analiz edildi. 44 adet karma yemden 1'nde ve incirde aldicarb kalıntıları bulundu. (bunlarda kasti zehirlenme şüphesiyle gelenler). Diğer örneklerde Aldicarb reziduleri bulunamadı. Bulgular tartışıldı. Örneklerde Aldicarb rezidüleirnin bulunamadığı dolayısıyla pamuk tohumu küspesinin, Temik kalıntıları yönünden hayvan sağlığına zararlı bir etkisinin olmadığı kanaatine varıldı.
