Özet
Araştırma, ortaöğretim öğrencilerinin sürdürülebilirlik profilinin ortaya çıkarılmasını amaçlamaktadır. Çalışma, Batı Anadolu bölgesinde bir Fen Lisesin’de 2016-2017 öğretim döneminde öğrenim görmekte olan öğrenciler (N: 176) üzerinde yürütülmüş ve “çevre bozulması algısı”, “çözüm önerileri” ve " gündelik yaşam pratikleri” açılarından katılımcıların sürdürülebilirlik profili araştırılmıştır. Veriler, sürdürülebilirlik profili ölçeğinin katılımcılar üzerinde uygulanması ile toplanmış ve uygun istatistiksel tekniklerle analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, katılımcıların genel olarak sürdürülebilirlik profilinin durumunun sürdürülebilir yaşam tarzına geçiş için uygun olmakla birlikte; bazı çözüm yollarını gündelik yaşam pratiklerine geçirmeye pek yatkın olmadıkları belirlenmiştir.
Abstract
The research aims to determine the sustainability profile of secondary school students. The study was conducted on students (N: 176) who were studying in a science high school in the Western Anatolian region of Turkey. The sustainability profile of the participants was searched from the perspective of "perception of environmental deterioration", "solution proposal" and "daily practices". The data were collected with the implementation of “the sustainability profile scale” on participants and analyzed with appropriate statistical techniques. As a result of the research, the participants' overall sustainability profile, while being suitable for the transition to a sustainable lifestyle, it has been determined that they are not prone to putting some solutions into daily practices.
