Abstract
Education is also in change as constant characteristics of the change. Problems associated with theresolution of the problems that would destroy paradigms. With the globalization perception education andsecurity will be in change. This is due to the change in military training systems are in need of them to keepthe change. Along with the need of systemic change, level and size of the change is the subject of debate.Because while mold thoughts are crashing down and also expectations are in the process of erosion.Education system that produces security services in the educational institutions to meet the changing oftraditional state security is expected to enter into appropriate conversion accordance with this change. That are needed to meet of unlimited resources with scarce resources. In other words for economics of educationis needed to establish the optimal systems and security needs. For this purpose in this work is tried to beset out educational aspect of changes which affect the perception of security in terms of law enforcement.
