Abstract
Meckel diverticulum is the most common congenital anomaly of the gastrointestinal tract. Any hernia containing the Meckel diverticulum is termed as Littre hernia. Hemorrhage, as one of the complications of the diverticulum, can express itself with anemia. The treatment of the Meckel diverticulum is still controversial. In this report, in the treatment of the diverticulum, a segmenter ileum resection and end to end ileum anastomosis has been performed where the Meckel diverticulum had been thought as the cause of the anemia.
Özet
Meckel divertikülü gastrointestinal sistemin en sık rastlanan doğumsal anomalisidir. Littre fıtığı ise herhangi bir fıtık kesesi içinde Meckel divertikülünün bulunmasıdır. Divertikül komplikasyonlarından biri olan kanama kendisini anemi bulguları ile gösterebilir. Meckel divertikülü tedavisi ise hala tartışmaya açıktır. Makalede Meckel divertikülüne ikincil anemisi olduğu düşünülen hastaya, tedavide divertikülü içerecek şekilde segmenter ileum rezeksiyonu ve uç uca anastomoz girişimi uygulanmıştır.
