Abstract
Pilonidal sinus occurs most commonly in the sacrococcygeal region. It is reported to develop in some other areas of the body, although rare. We report an extremely rare case of an inter-mammary pilonidal sinus.

Pilonidal sinus en yaygın olarak sakrokoksigeal alanda görülür. Vücudun başka alanlarında gelişen pilonidal sinus olguları rapor edilmiştir, ancak nadirdir. Bu yazıda son derece nadir bir alanda yerleşmiş inter-mammarian pilonidal sinüs olgusu sunulmuştur.
