ÖZSöz söylemek canlılar arasında sadece insana mahsus bir özellikken, söylenilensözün doğruluğuna veya yanlışlığına dair verilen nihaî karar, insana ait değildir.Kelam sıfatıyla tenezzül ederek insana vahyi gönderen Allah Teâla, söz söylemeningereklerini/inceliklerini Kur’ân-ı Kerîm’de belirtmiştir.
