Abstract
Disruptive Price Application in terms of Islamic LawIn this study, disruptive price application which encountered today inmany areas of economic lıfe and is considered one of examples of unfair competition discussed in terms of İslamic law. Taking into considiration generalprenciples about commercial life and the measures taken to create a healtymarket economy, has tried to determine attitude in İslamic jurisprudence towards commercial activities in the form of disruptive price application
Özet
Bu çalışmada, günümüz iktisadi hayatın birçok alanında rastlanan ve haksız rekabet örneklerinden biri sayılan “yıkıcı fiyat uygulaması”, İslam Hukuku açısından ele alınmıştır. Ticari hayatla ilgili genel ilkeler ve sağlıklı bir piyasa ekonomisi oluşturmak için alınan tedbirler de dikkate alınarak, “yıkıcı fiyat uygulaması” mahiyetli ticari faaliyetlere karşı İslam hukuk doktrinindeki tavır tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır
