Abstract
Studies on the determination of the incidances of Clostridium oedemotiens, Lestospira and blood parasites in the diseases with jaundice (icterus) and haematurie in the cattle and sheep of Erzurum province and region. In this research carried on for 1 year on the cattle and sheep diseases with jaundice and haematurie the incidance of Cl. oedematiens, Lestospira and blood parasites were determined.According to the results amogn totally 145 suspected cases for sheep, the incidance of Leptospirosis was found to be 0.4 %, the incidance of blood parasites was found to be 43 %, the incidance of B. icterohemoglobinurie was found to be 0.07 %. Amanog the suspected 49 cases for cattle, the incidance of Leptospirosis was found to be 16 %, the incidance of blood parasites was found to be 18 %, the incidance of Cl. oedamatiens was found to be 0.2 %. Consequently, the blood parasites took the fırst place among the diseases w ith jaundice and heamaturie of both cattle and sheep.
Özet
Erzurum ili ve yöresindeki sığır ve koyunlarda 1990 yılı içinde bir yıl boyunca yapılan araştırmada sarılık ve kan işeme ile seyreden hastalıklarda Cı . oedematiens, Leptospira ve kan protozoonlarının insidansı belirlendi. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, koyunlar için toplam 145 vaka üzerinden Leptospirosis insidansı %· 0.04, kan protozoonları insidansı %43, B.icretohemoglobinuri insidansı %0.07 bulunmuştur. Sığırlar için şüpheli 49 vaka üzerinden Leptospirosis insidansı %16, kan protozoonlan insidansı %18 B.icterohemoglobinuri insidansı %0.4 bulunmuştur. Sonuç olarak Erzurum ilinde sarılıkla seyreden hastalıklarda kan protozoonlarının gerek sığır gerekse koyunlar için birinci sırada yer aldığı belirlenmiştir.
