AN UNKNOWN MECMUA OF COMPOSER HÂFIZ POST

Abstract

Researches on Hâfız Post one of the foremost composers of Turkish Music isvery scarce. This is most caused by the insufficient historical data about HâfızPost. Other than his compositions there are also three lyric/Gufte mecmua whichare also composed by Hâfız Post. Researches on Hâfız Post are mostly based onthese mecmuas. A mecmuaother than these three mecmuas that has not attractedattention in this regard, which seems to belong to Hâfız Post, will be introducedto this article.Some information about Hâfız Post’s life and scientific personalitythat has not surfaced in the day wil also be given in the article.

Özet

Türk Musikisinin önde gelen bestekârlarından biri olan Hâfız Post hakkındayapılan çalışmalar gayet sınırlıdır. Bu duruma Hâfız Post ile ilgili elde mevcuttarihi vesikaların az oluşunun sebebiyet vermesi bir gerçektir. Hâfız Post’ungünümüze ulaşabilmiş bestelerinin haricinde kendisine ait olduğu bilinen üçgüfte mecmuası bulunmaktadır. Hakkında yapılan çalışmalar genellikle bumecmualar referans alınarak vücut bulmuştur. Bu üç mecmua haricinde ilk defaHâfız Post’a ait olduğu tarafımızca tespit edilen bilinmeyen bir mecmua bumakalede tanıtılacak ve Hâfız Post’un hayatı ile ilgili bilinmeyen bazı bilgilerverilecektir.
