Abstract
Dipyrone, Antipyrine and Aminopyrine are phenyl - pyrazolonderivation.The method of paper chromatography has been employed bothin the detection of these three drugs whiclı are used largely in medicineand in the distinction of one from the others.Reactions to the drugs have been shownon table (1).The urine taken from a horse that is injected Dipyrone solitionhas been studied. ·The results obtained through the method of paper clıromatographybring out the fact that Dipyrone be detected in the urine takenfrom a horse and distinguished from Antipyrine and Aminopyrine.

Tababette geniş bir kullanma sahası bulan bu üçmaddenin hEmi ·'teşhisi ve hem de birbirlerinden tefriki için pa perchromatografi metodu tatbik edilmiş buna ait sonuçlar (Cetvel : 1)de göste,r.ilmiştir. :Oipyrone ata verilmiş ve atın idrarı ile çıkaıı dipy~rone üzerinde çalışılma yürütülmüştür.Paper kromaJografi metodu ile aJdığımız sonuçlar; Dipronu.n atidrarından tesbitini ve aynı grubtaki aminopyri.n ve antipyrindentefrik edilebileç[email protected] ortaya koyması bakınundan başarılı olmuştur
