Abstract

Nowadays, the old industrial areas in urban centers because of the increasing the value of urban land andthe emergence of new urban space needs sustainable plan requires decisions to be used again. Urbanregeneration, a new identity and character installs of socio-cultural, economic and physical aspects onabandoned, old urban areas. Usak City Old Tannery Region urban regeneration area, composed of the mostlypour down the skin businesses, empty and damaged factory buildings. An area is important in terms of proximityto the city center area but also important with the Dokuz Sele River around. Will be take urban regenerationproject, aims to creating guards of natural environment, integrated city, a new living area and socio-culturalcenter.
