EVALUATION OF HOSPITAL PERFORMANCES WITH THE CRITIC METHOD AND THE INTEGRATED APPROACH OF GAME THEORY

Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to evaluate hospital performances with an integrated approach by using the CRITIC method and game theory, which is one of the objective weighting methods. Nash equilibrium, one of the most important solution tools of game theory, has been used. For hospital performance evaluation, both methods were used together and the application was carried out on 3 private hospitals in one city. This study will be a guide for hospitals that are in competition with each other to see their shortcomings and to improve themselves. As a result of the study, performance ranking of three private hospitals was made and it was seen that Hospital C ranked first.
Özet
Bu çalışmada nesnel ağırlıklandırma yöntemlerinden biri olan CRITIC yöntemi ile oyun teorisi birlikte kullanılarak bütünleşik bir yaklaşım ile hastane performanslarının değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Oyun teorisinin en önemli çözüm araçlarından biri olan Nash dengesinden yararlanılmıştır. Hastane performans değerlendirmesi için her iki yöntem birlikte kullanılarak bir ilimizde bulunan 3 özel hastane üzerine uygulama gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışma birbirleriyle rekabet halinde bulunan hastanelerin eksikliklerini görmesi ve kendilerini geliştirebilmesi açısından yol gösterici olacaktır. Çalışmanın sonucunda üç özel hastanenin performans sıralaması yapılmış ve C Hastanesi’nin birinci sırada yer aldığı görülmüştür.
