Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the total effect of individual studies that have examined the relationship between organizational identification and performance in the national literature using the meta-analysis method. Data from 23 individual studies (n = 11060) were tested in the CMA software program with a random effect model. Bu çalışmanın amacı, ulusal yazında örgütsel özdeşleşme ve performans arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemiş olan bireysel çalışmaların toplam etkisini meta-analizi yöntemi kullanarak tespit etmektir. 23 bireysel çalışmadan elde edilen veriler (n= 11060) CMA yazılım programında rastgele etki modeliyle test edilmiştir.
