Bursa Uludağ Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi İktisat Bölümü öğretim üyelerinden Doç. Dr. Adem Levent’in kaleme aldığı bu kitap, 2022 yılında Albaraka Yayınları tarafından yayımlanmıştır. Kitapta, natüralist felsefenin evrimcilik aracılığıyla iktisadi düşünceye nüfuzu irdelenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda T. Veblen’den G. Hodgson ve R. Tilman’a, J. Schumpeter’den C. Menger ve F. Hayek’e evrimci felsefenin yansımaları ele alınmıştır. Akabinde evrimciliğin “Biyoekonomi, Nöroiktisat, Ajan Temelli Kompleksite İktisadı ve Evrimci Oyun Teorisi” üzerinden izleri sürülmüştür. Son olarak evrimci iktisadın Ortodoks-Heterodoks iktisat ayrımında nerede konumlandığına dair bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Bu yazının amacı ise “Evrimci Politik İktisat:...” (2022) kitabı rehberliğinde, evrimci düşüncenin iktisadî düşünceye yayılımının değerlendirilmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda kitaptaki ana bölümler tetkik edilmiş ve kitabın kurumsal iktisat sahasına özgün katkıları ortaya koyulmuştur.
