Abstract

In this study, the defining the problem was made through analysing the situation of selecting reverse logistics service provider in a company located in Kahramanmaraş, engaged in the metal industrial sector. For the solution to this problem, the AHP method which is one of the multi-criteria decision-making techniques is used and recommendations was made to this company for making the best choice.

Özet

Bu çalışmada, Kahramanmaraş’ta metal sanayi sektöründe alüminyum metali üzerine faaliyet gösteren bir firmanın, tersine akışta lojistik servis sağlayıcısı seçiminin söz konusu olduğu durumlar incelenerek problemin tanımı yapılmıştır. Bu problemin çözümü için çok kriterli karar verme tekniklerinden olan AHP yöntemi kullanılmış olup işletmeye en iyi seçimin yapılması için öneride bulunulmuştur.
