Abstract
\r\n In this paper a new theory about the birth of languages is proposed. The theory is supported by the voices, which are given with examples of eight main and two auxiliary vocal sounds. As a result of the review, the author claims that all languages came from a joint main source.\r\n

\r\n Çalışmada dillerin doğuşu ile ilgili yeni bir teori ortaya atılmıştır. Bu teori seslerle desteklenmiş ve desteklenen sesler; sekiz ana iki de yar-dımcı sesten oluşan örneklerle verilmiştir. İnceleme sonucunda tüm dillerin ortak bir ana kaynaktan çıktığı savunulmuştur.\r\n
