Abstract
\r\n The spatial structure of the cardioactive heptapeptide molecule Ala1‐Gln2‐Thr3‐Phe4‐Val5‐Arg6‐Phe7‐NH2 has been investigated using theoretical conformational analysis. Conformational fragmental analysis indicates that the spatial structure of this molecule can be described by set of 12 stable backbone forms.\r\n
Özet
\r\n Nəzəri konformasiya analizi üsulu ilə kardiofəal peptidlər fəsiləsinə daxil olan Ala1‐Gln2‐Thr3‐Phe4‐Val5‐ Arg6‐Phe7‐NH2 heptapeptid molekulunun fəza quruluşu tədqiq edilmişdir. Hesablamalar nəticəsində müəyyən edilmişdir ki, heptapeptid molekulun fəza quruluşu əsas zəncirin 12 formasının stabil konformasiyaları ilə tərənnüm olunur.\r\n
