Abstract
\r\n In this study, some information about the extention and the function of vocational schools in Turkey is given. The development of Celal Bayar University Vocational Higher Schools are examined in period of 2004-2009. A survey is applied for the determination of the Gordes Vocational Higher School Students’ demographical structure, the reasons of their choice on their department and the harmonization between their accounting education and the targets of their future.\r\n
Özet
\r\n Çalışmamızda Türkiye’de Meslek Yüksekokullarının kapsamı ve işlevleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Celal Bayar Üniversitesi Meslek Yüksekokullarının 2004-2009 döneminde gelişimi değerlendirilmiştir. Gördes Meslek Yüksekokulu Muhasebe Programı öğrencilerinin demografik yapısının belirlenmesi, öğrenim gördükleri programın seçme nedenlerinin ortaya konması, gördükleri muhasebe eğitiminin gelecekle ilgili hedeflerine yönelik uyumluluğunun tespit etmek üzere anket çalışması yapılmıştır.\r\n
