Küresel rekabet gücünün ölçülmesi ve türkiye bağlaminda bir değerlendirme

Abstract

\r\n Sustainable development for countries in the globalizing world economy depends on Competitive Advantages. In this context, the measurement of competitiveness is important. Company, industry and country competitiveness in the measurement is done in different methods. In this study, macro-and micro methods of measurement were analyzed. Turkey's competitive power was examined within the scope of the data of the World Economic Forum (WEF) and the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) Reports. In context of micro-measurement, the Revealed Comparative Advantage method was used and Manufacturing Industry competitiveness of Turkey for the period between 2000-2012 were examined.\r\n

Özet

\r\n Küreselleşen dünya ekonomisinde ülkeler için sürdürülebilir kalkınma rekabet güçlerine bağlıdır. Bu çerçevede rekabet gücünün ölçülmeside önem kazanmaktadır. Firma, endüstri ve ülke düzeyinde rekabet gücü ölçümü farklı yöntemlerle yapılmaktadır. Çalışmamızda bu makro ve mikro ölçüm yöntemleri incelenmiştir. Türkiye’nin rekabet gücü makro konsept bağlamında Dünya Ekonomik Forumu (WEF) ve Uluslararası Yönetim Geliştirme Enstitüsü (IMD) verileri kapsamında değerlendirilmiş, mikro ölçüm konsepti olarak Açıklanmış Karşılaştırmalı Üstünlükler yöntemi kullanılarak 2000-2012 arası yıllar için Türkiye İmalat Sanayiinin rekabet gücü irdelenmiştir.\r\n
