Abstract
This study seeks to analyze the meaning of obsessive-compulsive disorder according to jurists, and they based rulings on it. Because it is a serious disease that is difficult to get rid of except by knowing the rulings of reli-gion, clearing the mind, and not pay-ing attention to the thoughts and doubts that afflict its sufferer, especially in matters of purity and worship, and in view of the large number of people infected with this disease in the present era, and the extent of what they suffer from, we wanted to devote this topic to study, by explaining obsessive-compulsive disorder What is meant by it is the obsession that afflicts the mind and spreads within it without the person’s choice, and that begins with imagination and then reaches the point of obsession. A sudden idea comes into his mind that increases his doubts and overwhelms his mind. Evil is stirred up in his soul and he hesitates about it to the point that he may speak in disorderly words. he mentioned the jurisprudential rulings that confirmed that ob-session does not affect the validity of purity and acts of worship as long as they are preserved. It was done on the basis of certainty, and without paying attention to the doubt and obsessions that afflict its owner after completing purity and acts of worship.

Bu çalışma, fakihlerin eserlerinde kullandıkları “vesvese” kavramının analiz etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çünkü fakihler, bu hastalığın ciddi bir rahatsızlık olduğunu ve bu hastalıktan kurtulmanın, dini hükümleri bil-mek, zihni arındırmak ve kişinin korku ve şüphelerine dikkat etmemek gibi bilgiye ve akla ihtiyaç duyulduğunu fark etmişlerdir. Bu özellikle temizlik ve ibadette önemlidir. Bu nedenle fıkıh alimlerinin kitaplarında, vesvese konusu oldukça geniş bir yer kaplamaktadır. Ancak bu konu, çalışmaları içinde yayılmış bir şekilde bulunmaktadır. Çağımızda bu has-talıktan muzdarip olanların çokluğu ve çektikleri sıkıntı nedeniyle, bu konuyu araştırmayı istedik. Bu sayede, vesvesenin temizlik ve ibadetlerin geçerliliği üzerindeki etkisini ortaya koyacağız. Bu hastalık, kişinin temiz-lik ve ibadetlerinde kendisini en çok meşgul eden şeydir. Burada bahsedi-len vesvese, kişinin iradesine aykırı olarak zihnine gelen ve içinden geçen düşüncelerdir. Bu düşünceler, önce hayal ile başlar ve sonra vesveseye dönüşür. Kişinin aklına ani düşünceler gelir ve sürekli kafasını kurcalar. Bu düşünceler, kişinin şüphelerini artırır ve aklını ele geçirir. Kişiyi olum-suz şeylere yönlendirir ve şüpheleri artar. Ele aldığımız bu kaideler, vesve-senin, temizlik ve ibadetlerin geçerliliği üzerinde hiçbir etkisi olmadığını, ancak kişinin kesinlik üzerine hareket etmesi, temizlik ve ibadetlerden sonra gelen şüphe ve vesveseye aldırış etmemesi gerektiğini vurgulamak-tadır.
