So as to evaluate the parameters related to stress of the study, the situation of relaxation, Stroop color/word test, mental test and auditory stimulus that would stress someone out were applied to six volunteer participants in a laboratory environment. Being taken totally seven minutes ECG recording and made analysis in time and frequency domain, it was tried to determine that how the parameters that shows autonom nervous system activity change in the position of stress. In frequency domain analysis there has seen significant increase in low frequency band (LF band) which indicates sympathetic activity particularly during mental and Stroop color/word tests.
