Newton Bilim Anlayışının Kuvvetler Ayrılığı Teorisine Etkisi

Abstract
Taking into consideration the developments experienced in the field of science in the historical process, it has taken time for the social sciences to become an independent scientific discipline. Before social sciences become an independent science discipline, it is seen that the techniques and applications used in scientific studies in natural sciences are used in the field of social sciences. It is thought that the scientific developments that took place during the Enlightenment period played an important role in social sciences to become an independent science discipline. In particular, Newton's universal gravitation law and action, which he developed as a result of efforts to understand and make sense of the world, have undergone scientific studies at his or her time. In this work, an attempt was made to establish a relationship between the theory of the separation of powers that developed with the emergence of the modern state and Newton's understanding of science. The hypothesis of work is that the balance between legislative, executive and judicial powers, which constitute the basis of the theory of power separation, and the mechanisms of control are shaped in the form of balance and order in Newtonian science understanding.
Özet
Tarihsel süreç içinde bilim alanında yaşanan gelişmeler dikkate alındığında, sosyal bilimlerin bağımsız bir bilim dalı haline gelmesi zaman almıştır. Sosyal bilimler bağımsız bir bilim dalı haline gelmeden önce doğa bilimleri gibi düşünüldüğü ve doğa bilimlerindeki bilimsel çalışmalarda kullanılan teknik ve uygulamaların sosyal bilimler alanında da kullanıldığı görülmektedir. Sosyal bilimlerin bağımsız bir bilim dalı haline gelmesinde Aydınlanma döneminde yaşanan bilimsel gelişmelerin önemli rol oynadığı düşünülmektedir. Özellikle Newton’un dünyayı anlama ve anlamlandırma çabaları sonucunda geliştirdiği evrensel çekim yasası ve hareket yasaları, kendi dönemindeki ve sonrasındaki bilimsel çalışmaları etkisi altına almıştır. Bu çalışmada, modern devletin ortaya çıkmasıyla birlikte gelişme gösteren kuvvetler ayrılığı teorisi ve Newton bilim anlayışı arasında bir ilişki kurulmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın hipotezi; kuvvetler ayrımı teorisinin temelini oluşturan yasama, yürütme ve yargı güçleri arasındaki denge ve denetleme mekanizmaları Newton bilim anlayışındaki denge ve düzen biçiminde kurgulanmıştır.
