Abstract

Replantation was performed with artery-only anastomosis technique for thumb amputation of the left hand from distal of the interphalengeal joint. But, revisional surgery was carried out due to partial tip necrosis of the thumb. The causes of the necrosis were reviewed in this article in the light of the current literature and issues in case of the artery-only anastomosis technique to improve venous flow must be considered were reported.

Özet

Sol el birinci parmak interfalangeal eklemin distalinden ampute olan hastaya sadece arter onarımı tekniği ile replantasyon uygulandı. Ancak parmak ucunda parsiyel nekroz gelişmesi üzerine revizyon uygulandı. Bu makalede, meydana gelen nekrozun nedenleri güncel literatür ışığında irdelendi ve distal uç replantasyonlarında ven anastomozu yapılamadığı durumlarda venöz direnajın bozulmaması için dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar belirtildi.
