TWO MOUNDS ON THE VULVA: CASE REPORT

Abstract
Epidermal cysts can be seen anywhere on the body especially in the face, trunk, neck, extremities and scalp. The vulva is affected very rarely. Most of vulvar epidermal cysts identified in the literature so far are located in the clitoris, we presented a case admitted to our clinic with two mounds on the labium majus and diagnosed as epidermal cyst. Because of cysts were located in this region can reach large sizes, we think that it is important for early diagnosis and treatment.
Özet
Epidermal kistler özellikle yüz, gövde, boyun, ekstremiteler ve skalp başta olmak üzere vücudun herhangi bir yerinde görülebilirler. Vulva oldukça nadir olarak etkilenir. Literatürde şimdiye kadar tanımlanmış vulvar epidermal kistlerin çoğu klitoris yerleşimli olup, kliniğimize labium majusta lokalize iki adet tepecik şikayeti ile başvuran ve epidermal kist tanısı alan vakayı sunduk. Bu bölge yerleşimli kistlerin büyük boyutlara ulaşabilmesi açısından erken tanı ve tedavisinin önemli olduğunu düşünmekteyiz.
