The Pamukkale Journal of Sport Sciences (PJSS) is the official research journal of the Pamukkale University Faculty of Sport Sciences. The PJSS is a peer-reviewed open-access academic journal that includes "Leisure & Sport Management", "Physical Activity, Health & Exercise", "Social & Behavioral Sciences", "Sports Performance", and "Teacher Education & Sport Pedagogy" areas. PJSS has been published since 2010 and currently publishes three issues a year (April, August, and December) online. PJSS might publish one additional special issue per year with an early announcement. PJSS only publishes articles written in English. Therefore, articles written in other languages are not taken into consideration. PJSS is indexed in Scopus, EBSCO H.W.
