Journal of Hacettepe University Faculty of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation publishes academic, scientific, and research-based articles in all fields of physiotherapy and rehabilitation and also publishes joint studies with other disciplines. It is among the journals accepted by the Hacettepe University Senate. Journal of Hacettepe University Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Faculty (JHUPTR) is an international scientific, open-access, free-of-charge journal published electronically in accordance with the principles of independent, impartial, and double-blind refereeing. The journal is the official publication of the Hacettepe University Faculty of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation and is published 3 times a year: in January, April, and August. The publication language of the journal is English. The journal publishes original research articles, review articles, case reports, and letters to the editor that are prepared in accordance with ethical rules in the field of related health fields, including physiotherapy and rehabilitation. JHUPTR is indexed within the scope of journals accepted by Hacettepe University. In the physiotherapy and rehabilitation area, priority is given to original studies that will attract the attention of clinicians, academicians, and scientists. Manuscripts submitted for evaluation must not have been previously published or sent to be published elsewhere.

Aim
Amaç ve Kapsam Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyonun farklı özelleşmiş alanlarında ve etkileşimli olduğu diğer sağlık alanlarında etkin uygulama, çalışma ve araştırmaların bilimsel yayınlara dönüştürülerek ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde yaygınlaştırılmasını ve bilim alanına katkı sağlanmasını amaçlar. Hacette Üniversitesi Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon Fakültesi Dergisi Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon Fakültesi tarafından 4 ayda bir olmak üzere yılda 3 sayı (Ocak, Nisan, Ağustos) şeklinde yayımlanan multidisipliner, hakemli ve "çift-kör" sistemi ile makaleleri değerlendiren, süreli bir dergidir. Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyonun farklı özelleşmiş alanlarında ve etkileşimli olduğu diğer sağlık alanlarında etkin uygulama, çalışma ve araştırmaların bilimsel yayınlara dönüştürülerek ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde yaygınlaştırılmasını ve bilim alanına katkı sağlanmasını amaçlar. Araştırma, modern toplumun temelidir ve bilimdeki ilerlemeler sayesinde, sağlıklı ve daha kaliteli yaşamlar mümkün olabilir. Bu kapsamda dergi, gelişmelerin yakından takip edilebilmesi ve açıkça erişilebilir olmasını sağlayarak bilimi daha da güçlü hale getirmeyi hedefler. Bu şekilde araştırmacılar, toplum için daha fazla bilgi üretebilecek ve herkes için yenilikleri, sağlığın geliştirilmesi, hastalığın önlenmesi ve tedavisini hızlandırabilecek ve mümkün kılabilecek yaklaşımları takip edebileceklerdir. Dergi, akademik, bilimsel ve araştırmaya dayalı İngilizce makaleleri (araştırma makalesi, derleme, olgu/vaka sunumları, editöre mektup) değerlendirmek üzere kabul eder.
