This journal has been first introduced in 1972 under the name of "Ankara Üniversitesi Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi Dergisi / Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry Journal (ISSN: 1016-8710)". The publication language was Turkish but abstracts were also published in English. In 2021, the title was changed to "European Annals of Dental Sciences" and the publication language to English.

Aim
Amaç ve Kapsam The European Annals of Dental Sciences (EADS) is an international scientific journal dedicated to the advancement of research in the fields of dentistry, oral surgery, and medicine. Our principal aim is to foster and promote quality research in these disciplines, with an overarching commitment to contributing to the continuous development of academic, scientific, and social discourse. We strive to provide a dynamic platform for researchers and clinicians alike to share and discuss innovative findings, treatment methodologies, and clinical techniques. EADS is the official journal of the Ankara University, Faculty of Dentistry.
