Abstract
As a result of globalization ,the dangers brought by industrialization have begun to be transferred from developed countries to developing countries. When it is considered percentage lost from national income due to occupational diseases, loss of working days the number of workers unable to work and the numbers of worker died as a result of accidents at work, not only at level of workplace and employee but also at the level of national and international directly related to society as a whole and also for the countries need to be addressed was a priority topic. In this sense, the Occupational Health and Safety Act numbered 6331 of 30 June 2012 , entered into force by being published in the Official Gazette numbered 28839. The most important feature of this law is occupational health and safety in Turkey for the first time organized with an independent law.ın this days and time, businesses have tried to reduce costs while increasing productivity. Our aim in this study is to investigate what are the financial losses and how to calculate the monetary value of these losses as a result of accidents at work.
Özet
Küreselleşme sonucu, sanayileşmenin getirdiği tehlikeler, gelişmiş ülkelerden gelişmekte olan ülkelere transfer edilmeye başlamıştır. İş kazası ve meslek hastalığı neticesinde ölen ve iş göremez işçi sayısı, iş günü kayıpları, bu iş kazası ve meslek hastalıklarının Gayri Safi Mili Hasıladan ülkeye kaybettirdiği pay göz önüne alındığında iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusu sadece işyeri ve çalışan düzeyinde değil toplumun genelini doğrudan ilgilendiren ve aynı zamanda ülkeler için de ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde ele alınması gereken öncelikli bir başlık olmuştur. Bu bağlamda 6331 sayılı İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Kanunu 30 Haziran 2012 tarihli, 28839 sayılı Resmi Gazete’de yayınlanarak yürürlüğe girmiştir. Bu kanunun en önemli özelliği Türkiye’de ilk defa iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin müstakil bir kanunla düzenlenmesidir. Günümüzde işletmeler verimliliği artırırken sürekli maliyetleri azaltma savaşındadırlar. Bu çalışmadaki amacımız iş kazaları sonucunda meydana gelen mali kayıpların neler olduğu ve bu kayıpların parasal değer olarak nasıl hesaplandığını araştırmaktır.
