Due to constant global economic and political oscillations, small and undeveloped countries are more endangered and have less ability for relatively fast recovery. This paper will show recommended strategies that can create a better strategic position and competitiveness for NGO’s in short term, which in turn enables growth and sustainable development in a long term.
