Nadir görülen 5 doğuştan patella çıkığı olgusu sunuldu, bu hastalığın tanı ve tedavi sorunları literatür bilgisi ile birlikte incelendi. Krogius yöntemi ile birleştirilerek yapılan VVNHams-Ficat quadriceps plastiği yönteminin en uygun tedavi şekli olduğu sonucuna varıldı.
