Omuz ekleminde, oldukça sık olarak çıkık görülmesine rağmen iki taraflı çıkıklar oldukça nadirdir. Bilateral omuz çıkıklarının, posterior olanlarına genellikle nörolojik nedenlerin, anterior olanlarına ise travmatik nedenlerin sebep olduğu görülmektedir. Hastamızda bilateral anterior omuz çıkığına neden olan grand-mal nöbet nadir bir neden olarak görülmüş ve olgunun yayınlanması düşünülmüştür. Bu fırsatla bilateral omuz çıkığı olgularını ve etyolojik nedenlerini de yazımızda irdeledik.
